Fast To-Do
Privacy Policy
Effective June 14, 2026 · Published by D2X Enterprises LLC
This Privacy Policy applies to the Fast To-Do mobile app for iOS and Android.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Fast To-Do app (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information. The App is published by D2X Enterprises LLC. We have tried to write this in plain language.
In short: the App has no account, no sign-in, and stores your to-dos only on your device. We never receive, see, or store your to-do content.
1. We Store Your Content Only on Your Device
The App has no account, no sign-in, and no server-side storage of your content. All of your to-dos, sub-items, tags, notes, due dates, reminder settings, preferences, and theme live only on your device (local storage). We do not receive, see, or store any of it.
We do not collect your name, email, location, advertising identifiers, contacts, or photos, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers in the App.
2. No Analytics, No Tracking, No Ads
The App contains no analytics tools, no tracking SDKs, and no advertising. There are no ads in the App at all. Monetization is a one-time purchase (see Section 5), not advertising, so nothing about you is collected or sold for marketing.
3. Reminders
If you turn on reminders, they are scheduled locally by your device’s operating system (local notifications). Enabling them uses your device’s notification permission, which you can grant or revoke in your device settings at any time. No reminder data leaves your device.
4. Sharing a To-Do
The App can format a to-do (and its sub-items) as text and hand it to your device’s share sheet. You choose where it goes — for example, email, a messaging app, or a notes app. What happens to that text after you share it is governed by the app you send it to. The App itself sends nothing to us when you share.
5. Purchases
The App offers an optional one-time “Pro” unlock that enables tagging. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are processed and validated by RevenueCat, a third-party purchase-infrastructure provider, on our behalf.
To complete and restore your purchase, the app store and RevenueCat handle the transaction and may process a purchase token, a pseudonymous app-user identifier, and device or store identifiers. D2X receives only your entitlement status — that is, whether the Pro unlock is owned — so the App can unlock tagging on your device. We do not receive your name or payment-card details; those are handled by the app store. You can review RevenueCat’s privacy practices at revenuecat.com/privacy.
6. Support
If you contact us through our support form at d2xenterprises.com/support, you voluntarily provide your name, email, and message. We process that information solely to respond to you. You don’t need to use the form to use the App.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is a general-purpose to-do tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Because it stores your content only on your device and collects no personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Your Control Over Your Data
Because your data lives only on your device:
- You can view and edit all of it directly in the App at any time.
- Uninstalling the App deletes its data from your device.
Since we hold no copy of your content, there is nothing for us to access, export, or delete on our side. Data-subject rights under laws such as the GDPR (EEA/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California) are satisfied by this design: we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information, for cross-context behavioral advertising or otherwise. The limited purchase information handled by the app store and RevenueCat is described in Section 5.
9. Security
Your content is protected primarily by the fact that it never leaves your device. No method of storage is completely secure, but because we hold none of your to-do content, the risk surface on our side is minimal.
10. International Users
Your to-do content stays on your device and is not transferred internationally by us. The only personal information that crosses a network is the purchase information described in Section 5, which is handled by the app store and RevenueCat under their own terms.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
